Stump Removal

After a tree has been felled, the remaining stump can be removed to prevent regrowth, improve appearance, and reduce the risk of fungal disease.

Stump grinding uses specialist machinery to grind the stump below ground level, allowing the area to be re-turfed, replanted, or landscaped. Although fully dead stumps will not sucker, they can still harbour disease, so removal is often recommended.
